Senior Lumber Estimator
We are seeking a senior estimator with extensive experience in CSI Division 06 wood framing takeoffs. You will lead residential/commercial blueprint takeoffs and oversee QC checks.
- 5+ years of experience in wood framing/lumber estimation.
- Advanced proficiency in PlanSwift or On-Screen Takeoff.
- Deep understanding of CSI Division 06 sub-divisions.
- Excellent communication skills to interface with client GCs.
Quantity Takeoff Specialist
Join our team to perform digital material takeoffs for custom single-family homes, townhouses, and multi-family structures. Focus is on piece counts, lineal footage, and sheets.
- 3+ years of digital quantity takeoff experience.
- Strong structural blueprint-reading skills.
- Proficient with MS Excel and takeoff software tools.
- Ability to work under tight 24-48hr turnaround windows.
